O.K. let's accept your premise that these people are "fucking nuts" or at least the less questionable assertion that they look fucking nuts. How can we find it within ourselves to be grateful to them for showing us a side of ourselves that we perhaps weren't aware of? Or would you say that they're not like us at all, that they are radically other?
I could show you pictures of MY friends and associates (masquerades, naked bike rides, demos) that would make those pictures look like a Sunday school picnic. Am I fucking nuts? No, I just play one on LBO.
