India's current nuclear stockpile is large enough to wipe out Britain, France and Germany combined (or any other area of comparable size) from the face of this earth. This stockpile will grow over next 20-25 years and it will be accompanied by ICBM capability. All the rule making done by the West in last 250 years, is useless against nuclear weapons.
