The local Community College had a raft of complaints from the nursing students a few years back because the instructors were "abusing" the students. The department head told the local newspaper that the students were being prepared to work at a job where they'd be subject to quite a bit of verbal abuse from the doctors... weird working hours et al, and the program didn't want to graduate folks who'd break down the first time a doctor snapped at them.
Prole... not power.
