You are right, Carl. And it is difficult to see how this fits the idea of religion as the heart of a heartless condition, though it is a sort of archaic feminism.
Not using that Biblical rationale, nonetheless, I "might could see" some reversible procedure (augmented vascetemy ?) as a punishment for multiple rape convictions.
