Here in the US, land of miracles, missing documents have a tendency to turn
up in wondrous ways almost like a fairy tale. E.g., take the notorious
Alger Hiss case, where key documents needed to nail Hiss were found in a
hollowed-out pumpkin on Whittaker Chambers' Maryland farm, hence have since
been know as the Pumpkin Papers:
