I second that, with a caveat that the victim driving the vehicle, nor the guy that gives him the IED laden car, koran and tales of virgins waiting are aware that they are being used.
This leads back to my nasty snipe at Christian Parenti.
I don't think any Iraqi is telling outsiders the truth right now because they can't tell the "players without a scorecard" themselves, and when you don't know what to say... you just agree as much as possible(and smile).
