Just to make it clear: Wind is the least expensive way to generate new electricity - cheaper than a new coal plant, cheaper than a new nuclear power plant, cheaper than a new hydroelectric plant, cheaper than a new natural gas plant. It is carbon neutral, does not contribute to global warming, and thus is the single biggest threat to the coal and nuclear industries. Also contributing to this is that Tom Warner's daughters own property off cape cod, and don't want to look at wind generators.
