I forgot this part. The truth is, there was nothing very new in the Constitution. A few pages about human right blablabla before the 3rd part.
It was sold as a "yes or die", but it is extremely likely that the only one who'll die (politically) are Chirac/Raffarin and a few others (Jospin, but he is only a living dead...)
I just feel sorry for the French left now that Fabius has now a new image, when he is the one who pretty much started it all as Mitterand's 2nd prime minister in the 80's.
