[lbo-talk] Russian enclave to honour Lenin

In the past four years we've had a Dzerzhinsky, a
Brezhnev, an Andropov and a Stalin statue go up. But
jeeze doesn't Kaliningrad have enough Lenin stuff
already? Practically half of Russia is named after
Lenin.
