I was told that the Knight Rider chain of newspapers, which included  
the San Jose Mercury and the NY Daily News were bought out in a  
hostile takeover by a right wing collection of businessmen this summer.

Amy Goodman has reported that a new cable bill will delete public  
access TV- at 9pm ET for one minute these channels will air snow to  
protest.
