The Russian media have been using the word "pogromshchiki" to describe the rioters, e.g. here: http://www.kp.ru/daily/23610.5/46706/

As in: "Çà òðè íåäåëè áåñïîðÿäêîâ âî Ôðàíöèè ïîëèöèè óäàëîñü «ïîéìàòü çà ðóêó» ïàðó äåñÿòêîâ ìàëîëåòíèõ ïîãðîìùèêîâ..." (In three weeks of disorder in France the police succeeded in 'taking by the arm' two dozen underaged pogromshchiks...)

There's also a column in this week's Itogi under the title "Notre Kham de Paris," "kham" meaning "boor."
