Which seems like a pretty definitive statement to me. 'Never', as in not ever, not once. Then, when I post up examples of LM doing exactly that, Marko says

But you weren't the editor of LM. It is not up to you to decide what relative weight it gave to denunciations of Milosevic and denunciations of Nato. There's no point shifting the goalposts now, and raising a different complaint.
