Thanks. Yikes. What does that imply for standardized education? The textbooks have to be translated into the respective local languages? That seems incredibly unwieldy. There was some talk of doing that here in Soviet days (nationalities policy) but was given up as being unpractical given that everybody speaks Russian anyway.
