I have been having fun making pulp book advertisements for the blog, one for Steve at Adrants. Steve popped in to say he liked my snarky nickname, the Ad-almost-sorta-hip-rants-blog. Said he'd put it in his marketing material. I thought he was just joshin' and told him about how Doug uses the Norman Perlstine quote.
Turns out, Steve put it on his blog for use in marketing materials for advertisers!
But, these book covers are slaying me. I'm in the wrong industry. I need a place where I can use my dirty mind.
And, btw, I can tell all you LBOers are totally bored out of your skull. YOu're back reading old posts and hitting on the animal porn fridays links by doing a search on the term at MSN! I've gotten 36 hits in the last 12 hours just on MSN searches for animal porn Friday.
That, or a lot of people riding the internets late on Turkey Day and the next day are looking for animal porn. I cant' decide which.
