   Read a chapter of the new book on the Clinton presidency by The
Survivor : Bill Clinton in the White House by John F. Harris a few
days ago. After the Lewinsky scandal broke, relations between Tipper
and Al and Bill and Hillary became very very chilly. Tipper said, "I
will not appear with that man, " on a stage with Al and Bill and
Hillary.
