The California antiterrorism task force definitely monitors Rosebraugh events (such as a group in Fresno that is repeatedly infiltrated even after going to court to stop it), plus groups that host him, because a series of their memos to police was released. They had a focus on critical mass/indymedia/Direct action to Stop the War but essentially zero focus on organized crime or 'mafia' groups, or isolated militia/anger clubs, which would have to be more numerous, but difficult to locate. It made it look like the members of the task force just entered search terms into google to conduct their monitoring.
