Yes, and the economic repercussions have not even started to manifest 
yet. NO was the stone dropped in the middle of a (troubled) economic 
pond. Now come the sequent, widening circles of distress. If he has 
brains, he will seize upon this as a pretext to get out of Iraq. One 
good thing is that it lets Iran off the hook.
