hey, i'm all for it; it just doesn't sound like that's how they cleared out havana (and it doesn't sound like havana has any of that stuff: just 5-star tourist inter-city busses and crappy city busses and some rules about manditory hitch-hiker pickups). it sounds like they did it the old fashioned way: by being prepared, which i'm also for.
