[lbo-talk] Anyone know the song which ends, "U.S.A. R.I.P."?

Years ago, just once, I heard a song (techno, I think) with lyrics made up out of nothing but three-letter acronyms, and it ended, "U.S.A. R.I.P." I've never heard it again (a real shocker, that). Does anyone know it?
