I once did the Narvik (northern tip of Norway) to Stockholm train trip seated facing an Australian woman who had her bare, stinking feet in my face for the entirety of the trip. That was nearly 24 hours (or so it seemed of unadulterated funk. Next time I'll rent a kayak instead.
