Probably, but it is the most specious canard imaginable. It is analogous to the "We oppose the war, but we must support the troops" line of horseshit. If it is disloyal and opportunistic to criticize the ruling regime during a crisis, when is it proper to criticize the regime? After everyone has forgotten about the last crisis, but before the next one?
