Ah, therein lies a tale... the Greens and the Left Party, despite their quirks and occasional disagreements, are part of the anti-capitalist Resistance. The rump of the SPD, alas, has been thoroughly neoliberalized, and is responsible for some truly toxic social legislation.

For years, the more radical unions and the Greens weren't happy about this, but figured there wasn't much they could do about it. Now the contradictions are coming to light - which is a good thing, a necessary step in the construction of a Euroleft.
