Factually, no.  Politically, yes.  There may be more than enough blame to go 
around for the hurricane fiasco, but I want this flaming bag of shit to 
blaze away on one doorstep only, that of the White House.  The truth, the 
whole truth and nothing but the truth isn't the best propellant for regime 
change.
