Yup. At the end of WTO week, I went up to a gaggle of Seattle's finest and said: "I don't get it. I'm from New York, and the NYPD would have surrounded the convention center with 20,000 cops. What happened here?" One of the cops answered, "They know how to do crowd control. We don't."
