That's putting it lightly. Like Wal-Mart, the porn industry has more cash lying around than Uncle Sam could ever dream of having. Also the industry is international, thus if you scare some people in the USA, the industry will go European (which has even more hardcore material than the USA, and I mean hardcore!!!). Basically it's just the bully trying to show how tough he is, when he is really feeling quite weak.
