hate to disagree with yoshie, but the wording clearly states "under the authority
of the united states" and any half decent shyster could go to court and prove
that a u.n. charter, resolution, law, whatever, was not subject to that interpretation...it
was made under a group authority, and not our state of the chosen world
leadership...<br>

for what it's worth, the law is whatever the ruler says the law is, and in
this case, the war is legal because the usa rules...<br>

until such time as some lawyer with more guns than the usa goes to court...<br>
