This sounds like Yogi Bera's "No one eats there anymore, it's too
crowded" ... how can encouraging overcrowding cleanse the population of
the most ill? This is akin to eating until your stomach bursts to stop
you from getting fat: along the way, you're going to be pretty big. And
probably for quite a while!
