Ignore. I figured it out. You have to go to iTunes->Advanced->Subscribe
to Podcast, and enter the Feed URL for the show (the URL currently is
http://shout.lbo-talk.org/lbo/radio-feed.php, for the higher bitrate,
but check the website for the URL since it may change).
