In the Ali interview Andy forwarded, Ali says, "People
in eastern Saudi Arabia have never accepted this
monarchy, which was imposed on them by the American
oil company Aramco, which created Saudi Arabia in the
first place."

Is this true? Does anybody know the circumstances?
