Republicans cry out for a war on Iran, and Democrats clamor for a war
on Sudan, many of both rooting for both wars.  Can America afford
three oil wars?

There ought to be one more constitutional amendment:

Neither the President nor the Congress shall engage in a new war until
such time as the old war they are still fighting is over.
