The movie, which is being produced by Tehran's Experimental and Documentary Film Center (EDFC), focuses on the political and personal aspects of Chavez's life.

The crew is scheduled to travel to Caracas, Venezuela in about 45 days to shoot the second stage of the film.

As the leader of the Bolivarian Revolution, Chavez promotes his vision of democratic socialism, Latin American integration, and anti-imperialism.
