Israel is not "all Jews," that's correct.
Israel is, however, a state that defines itself as Jewish. When somebody suggests that the U.S. should wage war on Israel, than they've transcended the level of crude anti-imperialism and entered the realm of pathological anti-semitism. By doing so, one is openly stating that American militarism is not the problem.
