No. Or maybe, but they'd be much less significant a force. But a world in which the US and Israel acted like civilized countries is far removed from ours. Insofar as the proposal to deal with terrorism is: make the US and Israel act like civilized countries, I'm for it, but I'm for socialism too. In the meantime I don't think we should put off dealing with pressing issues until those happy days arrive. jks
