BJP, RSS and Shiv Sena are rightwing Hindu nationalist parties or movements, but they are not fundamentalist movements. Hinduism is not a religion with one god, one book, one prophet. These movements don't claim to base their politics on any sacred text.

The mass base of BJP and Shiv Sena goes beyond white collar middle class and commercial and professional petty bourgeoisie. e.g. The urban mass base of Shiv Sena is predominately working class in character. RSS doesn't have a mass base.
