Given the world-class quality of Cuban doctors, it would not have been much for the WSJ to impute them a modest salary (for U.S. standards) of USD 150,000/year. If the concern of the incredibly-shrinking WSJ is to ensure that the gentlemanly rules of commerce of the White Man are abide by, Venezuela gets his oil money back. And that's without including the cost of the services provided to Venezuela by the "untold number of Cuban security agents."
