Ronn Guidi, the founder and artistic director of the Oakland Ballet (for 33 years) is doing two productions of the classic Nutcracker ballet this month.
The Nutcracker at Holy Names University
-- For families and younger children (13 and under), come see the semi professional production at Holy Names University in Oakland,
* Friday, December 15th at 8:00 p.m
* Saturday, December 16th at 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
* Sunday, December 17th at 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

You can buy tickets at the door, but most of these performances sell out, so it is best to get your tickets ahead of time. The Regent's Theater at Holy Names University is a 300-seat theater, providing an intimate setting for this wonderful show. Lavish costumes and sets make this an unforgettable event.
