Belarus and the Baltics are doing pretty well, piggybacking on the Russian boom. Kazakhstan is also doing well -- they have a lot of exportables, and are fortunate enough to be located between the growing economies of Russia and China. I've seen pretty good growth rates for the Uzbeks as well. The rest are a mess, though.
