Hi Doug - In a disturbing New York Times column, 
the professor who co-authored a book with the new 
Federal Reserve chairman’s called for a $2 gas 
tax. Robert Frank, who wrote "Principles of 
Economics" with Bernanke, also contributed to the 
massively left wing MoveOn.org. Just as Bernanke 
was enjoying the limelight on Capitol Hill, his 
co-author was advocating a pro-tax stance four 
times higher than the radical position Al Gore 
took.
