Yes, unfortunately that is what it will probably be. Rather than focusing on the fact that the accident could probably have been prevented if there had been a union to keep things in check, it is being turned into another human tragedy fest.

On Air America, Jerry Springer has been emphasizing for several days the themes of "no union" and " 200-plus violations issued but not enforced by the regulatory agency". Springer keeps saying remember this tragedy the next time you slag on unions.
