I'm glad you've had a chance to vent your spleen. The point being, since you apparently don't follow the issue, that there is a FEDERAL PROHIBITION against the use of 'persistent' cookies by federal agencies.

It's assumed that the feds violate laws all the time, you're right, so friggin what, it's just a heads up to listmembers that DO CARE.
