Yep. People often do not realize that many Islamic societies are actually very egalitarian - very little hierarchy, high populist fervor, few formal institutions, no concept of state, strong sentiments against speculation, usury and capitalist profiteering, vehemently anti-Western, no porn, prostitution or kindred immorality -- seems like the heaven for some utopian lefties.
