how many times did alito spew load of rubbish about a judge not having an agenda...

fwiw: several poli sci studies of which i'm aware found 75%-80% concordance between presidential policy preferences and votes of supreme court justices that they appointed, most recently, segal/timpone/howard concluded that 'presidential success' declines over time, divergence ostensibly occurs more in civil liberties/rights cases than in economic/property ones... michael hoover
