Thw whole thing is like 10 hours long. Maybe PBS could
pick it up?

There have been a lot of these TV miniseries lately,
starting with "The Idiot" back in I think it was 2002
or 2003. Thus far, they've adapted "First Circle" and
"Children of the Arbat," and there was a long
miniseries dramatizing the life of Brezhnev. (Did you
know there was an opera based on Brezhnev's life?)
