Saw that somewhere else. Two comments: 1) Cheney is not supposed to have influence over his investment portfolio so allocation decisions are supposed to be his managers', not his (of course, since he's a lying scumbag, who knows?), and 2) you can bet on rising interest rates and a falling dollar without believing in "economic collapse."
