Actually I agree with Jim -- I myself don't like the Starbucks coffee  
that much, and I think they do rely heavily on our primitive  
yearnings for foamy milk. But I used the example because of its  
effect on the market and the culture. That is, I think a lot of  
people do think Starbucks is good, and I think it has made fancy  
coffee consumption more mainstream, and more discriminating.
