speaking of foreign policy news, it seems to me that the policies of Kim Jong Il's North Korea can be understood using a simple metaphor. Facing the US Doberman Pinscher, NK's missile launches can be likened to the shrill yapping of a little dog (a chihuahua or something) trying to look and sound much larger than it is. -- Jim Devine / "It was the mystical dogma of Bentham and Adam Smith and the rest, that some of the worst of human passions would turn out to be all for the best. It was the mysterious doctrine that selfishness would do the work of unselfishness." -- G. K.Chesterton.
