Unfortunately it is only available as a PDF and not as a text file, but this is an excellent essay.
It was given as a talk at the Indeterminate: Kommunismus! congress in Frankfurt back in 2003 (which Slavoj Zizek spoke at, and many others).
I have since seen the German translation reprinted four different times (twice in two book collections), so it's one of those texts which sort of assumes "classic" status through wide circulation.
