In an article in Observer on 7th Feb 1943, entitled " Massacre of the
Jews"W.H. Beveridge, one of the War Time Cabinet members wrote
.."...where can this home (for Jews0 be found? .... most of these
could be left or settled as citizens of the countries to which
hitherto they belonged. But if for their future happiness and the
peace of the world it appeared better that most Jews should be
gathered together into one community, the finding of space for a
community of this size( meaning small) whetehr in Europe, Asia or
Africa could not be regarded as one of the majoe problems of peace..."
Gentleman this Beveridge indeed ! After all massacre of Jews is the
contribution of the western civilisation so is the Two Wars in which
they forced and sucked evry one in the world. They should have atoned
for this by accommodating a national area for Jews amongst their own
national space . But we find Churchill declaring a new War against
Russia even before the embers of the Second War had not died yet.
One suspets it was Yankee initiative to divide Palestine and plant a
new Jewish nation in an area where there was none as a long term
objective to control USSR and the oil producing Islamic/Arab
countries and beyond. Even this in itself is not objectionable
provided Jews were asked to live in peaceful coexistence in the
nation of Palestine along with the multi racial and religious
secular nation of Palestine, as one nation without division. . Why
did they divide ?why they do not think their responsibilities to
Palestine as well, even today ? After the war, this art of dividng
nations as a strategy in international affairs was followed with a
finesse by Britain , which had already become second rate and a tail
of US. They divided many newly independant nations. They started
categorising agressor and subjugated syndrome between brothers every
where. Glory to western civilisation and its concept of Democracy.
Hey! hey!
