yeah, exactly, Doug. the gentleman who owns the convenience store up  
the street from us is a Lebanese Christian. we've been checking in  
with each other through the past two and a half weeks. his family  
lives in the south, and told me last night that his parents were  
safe, but had lost their gas supply - for their household.
