It is from the Showtime series Masters of Horror now being 
released by Anchor Bay on dvd.  The film was made by the 
great director Joe Dante and received a 5 minute standing ovation 
when it was shown at the Torino Film Festival.  Other episodes 
were helmed by Takashi Miike; John Carpenter; Tobe Hooper; 
Larry Cohen; John Landis;and Dario Argento

Horror films in general are experiencing a revivial (as they usually 
do during times of political upheaval).  The first season of MOH was 
so successful that a second is now in production.
